Disclaimer
Due to the fact that you will be travelling to remote locations where you will be participating in guided
and non-guided activities (i.e. walking, driving, swimming and snorkelling) where mishaps can occur,
you are required before paying for your tour to provide emergency contact details and acknowledge
by signing the form where indicated, that you have read and accepted the conditions of this tour. This
form is to be returned to our office prior to departure.
* Please note it is felt these tours are not suitable for pregnant women or people with major back
problems.
Cancellation Policy: Fees will be charged in event of booking cancellations. Within 30 days – 100%
of fare, 30 - 60 days deposit will not be refunded. Over 60 days deposit will be refunded.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is NOT included, we strongly recommend clients have their own
insurance against illness, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the
confirmed departure.
Liability: Whilst every precaution will be taken for the safety of passengers no liability of any kind
whatsoever can be taken in the event of death, accident, injury, loss or damage to person and
property or cost of emergency evacuation on these tours. This exclusion of liability shall apply to and
be for the benefit of Gold Class Adventure’s Tours agents, servants and representatives, State
Forests NSW and National Parks & Wildlife Service. Without limiting the ambit or scope of the
exclusion of liability expressed in the above paragraphs, Gold Class Adventure’s, its agents, servants
and representatives, State Forests NSW and National Parks & Wildlife Service shall not be liable to
any person for any death, injury, accident or damage to a person arising out of
1) Any walking, reef walking or rock walking during the tour and any such activities are undertaken at
the participants own risk;
2) Any swimming, snorkelling or bathing in any waters during the tour and any such activities are
undertaken at the participants own risks;
3) Any air travel or travel on watercraft during the tour, as part of the tour or incidental to the tour;
4) Any travel in any motor vehicle during the tour, as part of the tour or incidental to the tour.
Gold Class Adventures do not take responsibility for damage or mechanical failure to any vehicle
whilst on their tours. Vehicles are to be driven by the owner of the vehicle only who is required to be
fully licensed and have current comprehensive insurance for the duration of the tour. All vehicles must
also be Registered and be roadworthy.
Conditions of Travel: Tours may vary or be cancelled due to tides, weather conditions, insufficient
numbers or other unforeseen circumstances. Times shown in information supplied by Gold Class
Adventures are not guaranteed and form no part of this contract. Gold Class Adventures may without
notice vary or substitute locations, transport, accommodation or tour times. Schedules are subject to
change without notice. Gold Class Adventures assumes no responsibility for any loss arising out of
any such substitutions or variations.
